Dr Ilias Varlokostas embarked on his chiropractic journey when he observed the remarkable health and lifestyle changes his family and friends gained through chiropractic care. While growing up in Melbourne, he had a special interest in martial arts and experienced first-hand how Chiropractic helped his recovery from minor injuries as well as improved his performance in the sport he loved.

He graduated Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and has been practising for over 5 years. He met his wife Dr Jessica Mah in Adelaide, and together, established Chiropractic Touch in 2014 while working in other practices all over Adelaide to help as many people as possible.

Dr Ilias is passionate about providing corrective and maintenance chiropractic care to people of all walks of life. He recognises the importance of optimal alignment and muscular stabilisation for the spine. He strongly believes that a balance of physical, nutritional and mental wellbeing is the key to achieving optimal health.

Dr Ilias places great importance on continued professional development by regularly attending seminars and keeping up to date with the latest in chiropractic research, exercise and corrective functional training. He strives to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle and receives regular chiropractic care to keep him healthy, well, and functioning at his peak potential. In his spare time, Dr Ilias enjoys keeping active by practicing martial arts and functional training exercises.

We love seeing all our patients healthy and in good form. Unfortunately, not all our patients start out this way when they first come into our office. Initially we focus on getting them out of pain and back to their normal function. We then progress to maintenance and preventative care which saves our patients from future injuries.
